Medicare rebates

Better Access to Mental Health

Practical OT is registered with Medicare Australia.  You may be able to claim up to five occupational therapy sessions a year if you are eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Plan.

Chronic Disease Management Plan

Practical OT is registered with OT Australia and Medicare as part of the Better Access to Mental Health program for delivering the ‘Focused Psychological Services’ (FPS) program.  If you are eligible for this plan you may be able to claim up to ten occupational therapy sessions/calendar year and up to 16 under exceptional circumstances.
